All the fabric you need to make the quilt top and binding as shown is already cut and ready to start sewing! This pattern uses the four at a time flying geese method to easily create the flying geese units. Creating your units this way means no sewing on bias edges (to avoid stretching and distortion). Once you've sewn them together you will just need to cut as shown in the pattern directions. You can use a scissors or rotary cutter, whatever you are comfortable with.
